"IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SECONDARY DNS ZONES
Important changes are needed for your zone file transfer process (AXFR/IXFR) which will go into effect on October 15, 2021.
If you have not updated already, then it is critical your organization completes the following changes. This will ensure your DNS Secondary Domain Hosting Service continues to operate correctly.
The following steps MUST BE COMPLETED by OCTOBER 15, 2021 to ensure there is no interruption to your current DNS Secondary Domain Hosting Service:
1.Update your Allow List to include all of the following Neustar Zone Transfer IP addresses:

2.Begin sending NOTIFY messages to all of the following Neustar NOTIFY IP addresses:

Completing these steps will ensure that your zone transfers from your primary name services to your DNS Secondary Domain Hosting Services will not be disrupted.
